From the brewery:
"German Eisbock is a strong, very full, malty lager, which gets its name from freezing and concentrating an already bock strength beer. A rich, sweet, malty flavor is balance by a noticeable alcohol presence which has been mellowing for 6 months in a lagering vessel. A large percentage of Munich Malts give the dessert style beer aromas and flavors reminiscent or dried plums, raisins, prunes and currents."
