21st Amendment 'Brew Free! Or Die' IPA

21st Amendment Brewing 'Brew Free! Or Die' IPA. 7% abv. 70 IBU. Orange-honey color. Nearly two fingers of white foamy head. Excellent retention and lace. Nose of sweet light fruit, citrus, floral hops. Front taste of light malt, sweet grapefruit peel, mild bitter floral hops. Aftertaste of bitter herbal hops, citrus rind, mild flowers. Light body. Mouthfeel is warm, tangy, slightly thick, slightly carby.

This is an excellent IPA. The light malt taste is behind each step if this tall hop bill, a mix of several tastes ranging from mild bitter to sweet-fruity and floral. This is one of those IPAs that tastes just a step away from an imperial IPA. Very good brew. Well recommended.
